Bill brings full depth of filePro knowledge and training skills. In addition, his expertise in the areas of HTML and filePro integration enjoys a national reputation for excellence.. He has designed over 1000 web site pages, all supported from filePro. His knowledge of HTML output, CGI and filePro is exceptional. His teaching style emphasizes hands-on learning experience coupled with one-on-one interaction. He has taught hundreds of students filePro and html, where class participants are led through the entire development process, from simple output, to complex, highly interactive web page design.
Bill assisted in writing Chapter 26, "filePro and html", and Chapter 27, "fPcgi and jPedits", in the "filePro Developer's Reference, Fourth Edition". Bill teaches all classes, from filePro Fundamentals through fPcgi and jPedits.
Bill is able to explain even the most complex concepts in easy to understand terms. He approaches the topics of filePro, Unix and Windows with zest. It is important to him that you understand what he is teaching, and he enjoys being generous with tips and tricks that would take years to learn on your own. He is fast-paced but will try not to let you fall behind. He feels very strongly that hands-on teaching yields the best results.
Stuart L. Werner has been working with filePro since 1981 and is considered in the filePro community to be one of the premiere teachers in the medium. Stuart has trained over 1000 programmers in both classroom and one-on-one instruction. He is the author of the "filePro Developer's Reference, Fourth Edition"
Stuart works closely with developers and leaders of filepro. In 1981 he founded what is today one of the oldest filePro and Unix houses in the US. STN, Inc, with its staff of six filePro programmers, has developed, installed and supported hundreds of filePro systems around the country and the world.
