Base Module
Overview
The MoveTracTM base module contains the job order
database and all subsidiary databases that are at the heart of MoveTracTM.
It provides the tools to control, schedule, document, and manage all
daily activities for moving and storage operations.
It features a Job Order File, Major
Accounts and Contracts Files, Agents File, Files for Items of
Service, Valuations and Packing Materials, a Customer File, and many
other files that can be modified by you to match your way of
doing business.
Numerous controls allow effortless rapid search and retrieval
of records on almost any key. Automatic data entry can often
be "hot keyed" into a job order. A variety of
reports provide full information, lists, and other information
available on paper and on screen, to manage the work of the company.

Summary
MoveTracTM keeps track of 353 items of information
about each job order, from the time the job is entered, until it is
booked, delivered, and closed out. This includes names, phone
numbers, origin and destination addresses, directions, authorization
numbers, tracking information, job items, job valuations, packing
materials, current status, storage, weight summaries, and much more,
including unlimited notes. Completed jobs can be archived or
deleted.
The MoveTracTM base module automates your
office. It automatically generates control and registration
numbers. Phone orders are booked directly into the
system. Jobs that arrive on the dock as well as those already
in the system are easily located. Tracking each shipper's
origin and delivery dates, and other office operations become
fast and reliable!
